We keep you accountable to your goals with positive encouragement, persistence, planning, tips and tricks. We help you create new habits and jumpstart some old ones. Healthy Nest Nutrition Maintenance Sessions are your answer to continued weight loss and healthy habits.

This program is for current or returning clients only and should take place after at least one Personalized Weight Loss OR Custom Nutrition package has been completed.
